What it takes to be a part of our Team:
Minimum 2 years experience working directly with Custodians (TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Raymond James, etc.)
Attention to detail – Accuracy is paramount
Resourcefulness – It will not always be spelled out, you will have to find a way
Organization – This is the first step to efficiency
Financial Literacy – You need to know and understand the Industry
Proficiency – We live in the digital world, so you will need to know how to navigate CRMs, Custodial Portals and Apps, DocuSign, Dropbox, TimeTracker, and many other programs that we use on a daily basis
Tasks and Workflows – This is the bulk of where your assignments will come from, so a working knowledge of how to navigate and complete Tasks and Workflows is extremely important
Communication – Professional Communication through Phone, Video Meetings, and Composing Emails and Correspondence are essential
CX – Superior “Customer Experience” is the foundation we build our company on. Our Culture and Philosophy guide Associates in serving our Clients, and we live it every minute of every day
Must be: Outgoing, Personable, Patient, Professional, Efficient, Problem solver, and embody Abundance over Scarcity
Background Check – For security, we require Background Checks on all Associates
This is a virtual position that requires you to work from home in a secure home office from a confirmed address of residence. There can be zero distractions or background noise. and a professional appearance for Video Conference calls. You will be provided the following:
Computer
Monitors
Headset
