HIGH COMMISSIONS- Make Big Money – GREAT LEADS AND FULL TRAININGB2B call center needs a manager/trainerWe offer training to help you become a confident, product expert in no time.We pay very high commission splits plus multiple daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses!Experience as one of the following preferred:StockbrokerFinancial AdviserLoan OriginatorOut bound Call Center Repb2b SalesWarm leads provided!Manage the salesmen on the phone.
Listen in on the calls for quality control to make sure salesmen or giving the correct answers. Look through new customer applications and contracts to make sure they are complete.Train new salesmen as to our products and procedures.This is a commission-role. Manager makes a cut of all deals that are closed by salesmen. In the past all managers have made 100k+. Making any less would be poor performance.We also have a sales role available. The sales role entails calling leads and pitching our services. Commissions and bonuses are paid on any new customers signed up, as well as residuals based on the length the customer stays with the company.These are two very different roles. The manager must help everyone, catch mistakes, make sure everybody is on time and doing work etc.The salesperson job can come to work and call their customers each day. There is no requirements to help other people etc, and the manager will assist with any questions or help. This job is for people that like to hustle, work alone, and is ready to work.
