What you’ll do
Answering customer inquiries concerning status of orders, order discrepancies, and delivery shortcomings
Receiving and entering customer orders into the (ERP) system
Provide technical advice to customers about our products
May solicit sale of new or additional services or products when speaking to customers
Handles customer complaints, investigates and corrects errors, or initiates returns.
Coordinates customers’ needs with other departments as required to ensure the need is met, i.e. special orders, shipping or production instructions.
Liaison between departments internally to provide information in response to inquiries
What we need
5 years’ experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
High Initiative and comfortable with minimal direction.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient problem-solving and multitasking skill.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems like Syteline, Oracle, SAP etc.
Attention to detail
Ability to promote teamwork among peers is a must
