About us
Our company is a local accounting firm that is nationally recognized for specializing in accounting technology revolving around QuickBooks. We are unique in that we are accountants with technology expertise. The company’s founder is a Certified Public Accountant that got his Masters in Accounting Information Systems. Our account manager also just completed his Masters in Accounting Information Systems. We are looking for a candidate that has a good foundation in these areas (through education or work history) whom we can further develop and expand their knowledge and expertise.
Job Description:
Advanced QuickBooks Accounting and Technology Services.
Provide bookkeeping services
Provide accounting closing services
Provide QuickBooks training (all versions)
Integrate 3rd party apps with QuickBooks
Provide 3rd party app training
Create custom reports in Excel
Migrate data from other accounting systems to QuickBooks
Migrate data between QuickBooks files.
Job requirements:
Accountant or advanced bookkeeping experience.
Advanced QuickBooks experience.
Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
Inventory tracking and costing experience.
Overall (high-level) knowledge of database structures (tables).
Work Remotely
Work will be remote.
There will also be added incentives for optional onsite work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
