Do you have a desire to work in a restoration company where culture, collaboration, communication and integrity are key? This full-service restoration company is looking for their next leader to work hand in hand with the owner in growing the company footprint.

The main focus of this hire will be to:
Managing the Estimators and training and development of the estimators.
Reviewing estimates.
Hiring, firing, training and coaching to build a strong team.
Will be over the entire reconstruction division. The reconstruction and estimating.
Oversee P&L for the reconstruction division.
REQUIREMENTS
Restoration Industry management experience
A strong leader with a growth mindset
Someone who is big on teamwork, honesty and communication
Experience leading a diverse team of employees in an office generating $3-5 million in annual revenue
Responsibilities:
Responsible for growing and developing the Reconstruction side of the business.
Day to day operations
Coach, mentor and provide strong leadership and direction to your staff
Support the Operations of the Branch: review invoices and accounts payable/receivables as well as actively participate in various other branch-related accounting functions
Manage production
Always ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Establish and maintain harmonious labor relations among our teams and sub-contractors
Manage overall regional budget and expenses
Always provide the highest level of customer service

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
