The Patient Outreach, Inside Sales will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling to schedule patients for in-home clinical visits with a Landmark Health provider. S/he will be required to meet developing quality and production metrics in order to provide the highest level of customer service on each interaction. S/he will be responsible for learning the outreach model and adapting it to constantly changing patient interactions to meet business and patient needs. The ideal candidate must be goal oriented and willing to adjust to a fast paced and evolving environment.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to work any flexible shift (variable to time zone). We offer 3 weeks of training. The hours during training will be 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate the advantages and value of the Landmark program to the target population
Develop a thorough understanding of the Landmark clinical program
Engage patients in the Landmark Health Program cohort
Establish rapport with qualifying patients
Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all Protected Health Information
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations Landmark Health Position Description
Accurately record patient information in CRM tool
Proper call routing to resolve patient issues
Consistently meet production and quality metrics
Flexibility to work extended hours to accomplish business goals
Adhere to attendance requirements
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Ability to type at the speed of 40+ words per minute (WPM)
Ability to work any flexible shift (variable to time zone)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, OR related field
1+ years of experience in an outreach environment
Telecommuting Requirements:
Reside within the same state as a landmark office
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet production and quality goals
Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere
Proven experience communicating with a senior population over the phone
Physical and Work Environment
