Job Description :
Cali Botanicals Kratom is looking for one retail sales associate to join our small but mighty team.
We are located at 3250 Monier Cir Ste H. Rancho Cordova, CA but expanding to a new shop near Madison Ave and Manzanita, Sacramento.
We are looking for a self-starter, punctual, hard-working, positive, coachable, and ambitious individual to join our staff for a part-time position with full-time available after probation!
Responsibilities
Daily tasks include filling orders, inventory, packing, customer service, and daily closing/opening routines (ie. sweeping, mopping, closing the register, etc.).
Ensure the correct labeling, packaging, and shipping of Cali Botanicals products.
Identify problematic products (i.e., products not suitable for customers) and report them accordingly.
Restocking fulfillment stations on a regular basis.
Be able to lift 55 lbs periodically.
Display knowledge regarding Kratom, the Kratom industry, current events relevant to said industry, and a willingness to improve one’s knowledge concurrent with time employed by Cali Botanicals

-A communicative, team-oriented spirit is necessary – not preferred.
Memory retention and multi-tasking are paramount due to the sheer number of products and product variations we carry.
Self-motivation is highly valued. Management is present and vocal, but employees are expected to be proactive.
-Be open and willing to learn, conform, participate, and – at times – alter one’s opinions based on the evidence presented or other relevant factors. Narrow minds do not thrive in a Cali Botanicals freethinking environment.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 – $18.00/hour.
