Job Description :
We are looking to hire a new team members to join our team on a part-time bases who enjoy puzzles that can handle host, game-mastering and customer service roles in the city of Torrance.
Ideal candidate must have positive attitude, fantastic first impression, ability to instantly connect with customers to provide an exceptional service.
What we want:
MUST LIVE IN the Southbay area: Torrance, Lomita, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Carson, Gardena, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Wilmington, Harbor City, etc.
Must be a fast learner and be coach-able.
Must be willing to learn and take directions well.
Must be energetic and have positive can-do attitude. If you have low energy this job is not for you.
Must have great sense of humor.
Must enjoy games and puzzles.
Willingness and flexibility to work on last minute notice is a must!
Friendly, customer service oriented and be respectful.
Punctual and willing to work flexible hours. Hours are primarily on evenings and weekends! Occasional weekday hours.
Detail oriented problem solver and multi-tasker.
Quick learner and well organized.
Team player that can also work independently.
Must be well groomed and presentable.
Ability to learn processes quickly.
What you do:
Greet customers with warm welcome and check them in.
Provide full game briefing and rules.
Monitor, assist, and reset games.
Take reservations, process payments, and take customer photos.
Check every game to ensure all props are in working order
Promoting of other game rooms.
Provide the best experience for all our guests.
General cleaning: Daily vacuum, taking out trash, cleaning restroom, keeping store organized and tidy.
