Rental Manager Job Responsibilities West Hollywood & Encino Hills Valley areas The Location
36k-60k a Year ( depending on the experience and qualifications)
. Long Term Rentals & Short Term Rentals for Luxury House or Apartment Units
. Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a label of quality and safety.
. Creates and reviews requests for information and request for proposal and change orders.
.Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
.Provides technical support to project Managers.
.Develops and maintains project cost/change controls ,and project budget and accounting records.
.Performs change order estimating and assists the project Manager in change order negotiations.
.Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
.Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
. Reviews weekly and monthly reports on status and progress of the contracts, including project cost and potential change
Rental Manager Skills to Must be able to Hire Construction Team :
. Knowledge of Construction technology
. Long Term Rentals & Short Term rentals
. Prepare Vacant Units
. Advertise rental vacancies
. Screen and approve tenants
. Prepare and enforce a lease agreement
. Carry out property maintenance and repairs

. Knowledge of uploading Websites like Airbnb or Vrbo for advertisement
. Familiarity with project and department budget process and tools
. Leadership ability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
