Job Description :
Position: Part-time assistant instructor (Monday and Wednesday 3-6pm)
Qualifications:
Strong Math and Reading skills
Enjoy working with children (PK to high school)
Great communication skills with adults and children
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multi-task and open to feedback
Cheerful, energetic and proactive
Previous Kumon student preferred but not required
College students welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
Guide and motivate students in math and reading
Grade classwork and homework accurately and efficiently
Communicate with parents and other staff
Participate in training sessions
Complete other administrative work as needed
