You Are:
Organized and tech savvy with 5-7+ years experience in a supportive role (4 year degree required)
Detail oriented, driven, able to self organize and comfortable with ambiguity
An effective communicator, and a proactive project manager
Resourceful and creative
Calm, cool, and collected under pressure
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Passionate about technology and innovation
Professional, responds with the highest level of integrity
Team Oriented, willingness to “pitch in” when needed and establish relationships throughout the organization
You Will:
Support multiple VPs within the Business Organization.
Manage complex calendars, work with your executive to drive strategic initiatives and manage team projects.
Event planning, working with your executive to plan coordinate team offsites, virtual events and team building activities.
Act as a gatekeeper for executives and advocate for group.
Own and maintain organizational communications: meeting notes, tasks, objectives and deliverables.
Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements.
Submit expense reports.
Draft and edit presentations.
Heavy written and spoken correspondence with high-end external facing clients. Liasion corporate visits of external clients.
Work well with team members as well as cross functional teams to support the team’s initiatives.
