Job Description :
The E-commerce Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating e-commerce platforms for our direct-to-consumer outlet. We are looking for someone who can help us evolve our direct-to-consumer channel. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
*Monitor assigned website’s performance and maintain daily for: product content, availability, customer experience improvements, cart, or checkout issues along with consistency of product images and descriptions, etc.
*Must be able to upload and setup new items in Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Facebook, Ebay and other ecommerce marketplaces. Making sure all item information i.e., description, pictures, size, prices etc. are accurate.
*Remove/Add products to Amazon FBA as needed. Forecast and replenish Amazon FBA
*Have a good understanding of seller policies on major eCommerce channels
*eCommerce marketplace monitoring and activity tracking
*Keep learning new functions and share with a team
*Assist with related projects as needed
COMPENSATION: Salary is Commensurate with Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:*Experience running and managing online products (a-z) with major marketplaces such as Amazon FBA, Walmart, Shopify, Facebook, Etsy, etc.
*Knowledgeable an Branding and SNS Marketing.*Shopify experience is a must*Computer literate (proficiency in Excel), Tech Savvy is a big help. Willing to learn new software*Possess a positive attitude with great communication skills.*Self-confident, strong work ethic, result-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently*Positive, persistent, hands-on, energetic, organized, and a team player.
