Job Description :
This position will be responsible for providing IT technology support to the Finance department. The Finance Business Analyst will liaison continuously with the IT department and other department leads to enhance the overall financial performance and functionality within the financial systems and other systems interfacing into the financial systems, including but not limited to sales/operational systems, grower based system and BI tools.
Essential Job functions/ Duties:
Coordinate all Finance technology requests for two ERP systems, including functional requirements, maintenance, issues, testing and documentation. Technology requests will also include BI tools and other third party systems.
Work with internal and external teams to implement changes and new features.
Monitor all testing, providing documentation and solutions.
Develop training and desktop procedures.
Manage the balancing/reconciliation of multiply systems to ensure integrity of financial reporting.
Maintain attitude of continuous improvement, making recommendations as warranted by changes in management needs and business environment.
Possess a strong understanding of accounting/finance.
Assist in other Finance projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Certifications/Licenses, and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
2 years’ experience as a financial business analysis.
Tier 1 or 2 ERP system exposure.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Skilled at identifying and capturing key data and processes.
Ability to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities.
Experience using business intelligence tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, familiarity with macros), proficiency in Microsoft office.
General understanding of US GAAP and general ledger operations.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
