Job Description :
Hankins Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Dermatologist on behalf of Preston Dermatology and Skin Surgery in NC. Come work as a Dermatologist with Board-Certified Dermatologist Dr. Sheel Solomon and the Caring team at Preston Dermatology. In this role, we are seeking someone who is highly dedicated and has the highest standard of patient care. Preston Dermatology has offices located in Cary, Wake Forest & Holly Springs, NC. Come Grow with a Stable and Expanding Practice.
*Salary Range: If Mohs trained then yes 35% collections with a base of $500k. If not MOHS trained then 35% collections with a base of $300k.
Title: Dermatology Physician
Reports To: Practice Physician
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or Board Eligible with a valid medical license
MOHS experience preferred not required.
Knowledge of Clinical Dermatology and Aesthetic services
Excellent customer service skills and computer skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Organized and Efficient
Operates with integrity and willingness to work and grow as a team.
Strong critical and analytical thinking to objectively evaluate each case and provide the correct diagnosis.
Strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
MOHS
General Dermatology
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care our patients deserve.
Have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures, and policies.
Have thorough knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products to appropriately develop patient prescriptions.
Build patient partnerships by appropriately matching patient needs to the various services and products offered and educating the patient on how they will receive the most benefit.

Qualifications Guidelines
Knowledge:
Basic computer and word processing applications
Understanding of medical terminology
Understanding of anatomy and physiology
Client care, QA, and safety practices
Supervisory principles and leadership techniques
Office filing and record-keeping procedures
State and Federal health safety laws.
Certifications/License:
Board Certified or Board Eligible with a valid medical license
