Job Description :
Construction Company is searching for a motivated and skilled Project Sales Manager to bring in sales and also help assist with the projects being sold. You will work with a field supervisor to help execute those contracts. The position is $80,000 per year + commission plan for the sales generated/ contracts sold. Construction experience is required. Candidate will need to move to Los Angeles, CA to perform role. This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you have construction experience. Due to the nature of the position, Applicants without construction experience will not be considered.
Construction Company specializes in custom high end construction with some commercial projects. Must have 3+ years experience in Project Management and field supervision.
Job Description:
Qualified in Sales managementProven Sales track record
Able to Oversee/ manage multiple projects at one time
Check progress and quality of workmanship of employeesWork hand-in-hand with General Contractors to execute projectOversee projects with field supervisorMeet with clients to make sure contracts are being executed to match the contract that was soldAttention to detail is a must
*Must have experience experience in Construction
*Must have sales experience
*Requirements: Must have a CA Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
Work schedule is M-F. Some Saturday availability via phone3 Years minimum experience in ConstructionCompensation is SalarySpanish speaking is a must
Must be responsible and on time
Must be able to carry 75lbs or more pounds
Must be a self starter
