We are currently seeking 2 experienced lead water restoration technicians to join our disaster restoration team to assume crew chief roles/responsibilities for primarily water loss projects.
If you are experienced in the DR industry you are already well versed in what the role entails.
Opportunity for management position / division leaders exists.
Compensation:
$25-35/hr *more info below

Qualifications for a lead water restoration technician:
Must be IICRC WTR certified
4 years experience in field
2 years experience running/leading crews
able to scope losses and create drying plans
able to create dimensioned sketches, proficiently.
general construction knowledge as it relates to demolition
understand how to take down kitchens and baths
able to complete all needed documentation with our clients
able to capture all required documentation
proficient with PC computers
proficient with mobile applications
General requirements of a lead water restoration technician:
Must possess a valid drivers license
Have reliable transportation to work
No DUI/OWI/DWI offenses on your driving record
Must be able to lift 75 lbs
Willing to work OT when needed
Willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
It is a plus if:
You are ASD certified
Also have FSRT, OCT, AMRT certifications
Have previous experience running “program” jobs
Have previous experience running TPA jobs
Understand how to work with adjusters
*$25-35/hr compensation is based on experience at hire. Someone who already knows our systems and can be a just add water addition could expect to start at $35/hr. Someone who needs additional training could start anywhere between $25-30/hr – and expect to train towards $35/hr.
