[Remote] Digital Marketing Account Manager Description
Our client in the marketing industry is looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Account Manager to add to their growing team in the United States. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for managing internet marketing needs for up to twenty client accounts in various industries. An ideal candidate will have at least two years of digital marketing experience at a marketing agency, including regular client-facing responsibilities and tasks. In addition, our client is looking for a high-energy individual who loves to interact with customers and is comfortable presenting and pitching marketing initiatives to clients weekly. *Note: Despite being remote, the required work hours for this position are Mon- Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
[Remote] Digital Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Create agendas and follow up reports for client meetings
Maintain timelines and schedules of projects
Manage client communications via phone and email
Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies for clients
Optimize website content for search engine visibility and user experience
Utilize social media platforms to promote brand recognition
Track and monitor site traffic and optimize campaigns based on results
Collaborate with an internal team of content writers, designers, and developers
[Remote] Digital Marketing Account Manager Qualifications
2+ years of digital marketing experience required
1+ years of marketing agency experience required
Experience in a client focused/facing role required
Experience managing at least five client accounts simultaneously required
Google Analytics experience required
