Call Realty in Spokane Valley, WA is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to help us keep our office efficient and organized. Do you enjoy helping people? As property management experts, we offer a variety of services from customized support and property marketing to maintenance coordination and tenant screening. We even offer rent collection, property inspections, and financial reporting to help our customers have the best experiences possible. As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you do a little bit of everything around the office. You ensure that our phone calls throughout the day are taken and handled correctly. By doing this, you take a lot of stress away from others and keep them free from distractions. You communicate through email to contact a variety of people too. Using your customer service skills, you always make sure you interact with others in a friendly and kind manner. Some of your other duties include filing, data entry, contacting clients, and setting appointments. Sometimes our priorities may change throughout the day so you remain flexible and do whatever needs to be done. You enjoy keeping our operations in line while helping our clients get the help they need!


High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Office 365
Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks upon hire
Ability to effectively communicate via email and phone
