Job Description :
Columbia Grain, a growing company, has an immediate need for a new leader at our Wilma Pea Plant in Clarkston, Washington.
The Pulse Operations Manager (Operations Manager for Pea Plant) is responsible for general management of the specialty crop processing facility.
Our ideal candidate has:
Plant management experience, preferably food related.
A strong knowledge of agricultural production and modern farm practice.
Experience leading a strong safety culture.
Advanced knowledge of food quality and food safety.
A lead-by-example management style.
Advanced communication and computer skills.
A drive to grow professionally.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible ON-SITE opportunity. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.
