Job Description :
The Office Specialist performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Essential Functions:
Oversee daily front desk operations
Handle incoming calls with the ability to direct calls to the appropriate personnel and/or department.
Greet all visitors and direct appropriately
Scanning files
Conference room scheduling as needed
Order office supplies
Clerical duties as assigned to include typing, filing, faxing, mailings, copying and data base input
Distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Must possess excellent organizational skills and have ability to multi-task
Experience/Training:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a professional office, performed administrative support. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirement.
Health care experience preferred.
Education:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent required.
Associates degree in business or related field preferred with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.93 – $26.89 per hour
