The Residences at Rainier Square is a brand new, luxury high-rise in downtown Seattle. The Concierge position schedule is Saturday-Wednesday 12pm-9pm.The Residences at Rainier Square hosts 188 brand new apartments in the tallest building in Seattle. These ultra luxury apartment residences are located on floors 39 to 58, offering unparalleled views and thoughtful amenities in Seattle’s most sought after location. This luxury high rise has an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as a Concierge.

A typical day as a Concierge will include but is not limited to: **§ Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service**§ Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.§ Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member§ Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival§ Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.§ Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
