Position Goals:

Seek out job opportunities that your team of staffers/ recruiters/ headhunters can fill. You will be the main client liaison and the “face” of CFS in your city.
Find at about each company’s hiring practices, open positions, employee requirements, and company culture in order to provide them with the best possible candidates.

This role requires:

Hunting for potential business partners, including cold calling. You must be comfortable building rapport quickly, with strangers of all backgrounds and professional levels. If you’re the kind of person who can get along with anyone and makes friends every time they go out, you will have a lot of success in this role.
A background in some kind of sales (including retail, serving, fundraising and more). Ideally, you will also have experience working in an office setting.
In-person training at our office in downtown Seattle so that you can learn from the entire team, join in on the office camaraderie, share leads, and more. You must be able to commute 5 days/week until your manager determines otherwise.

Compensation: base salary + uncapped commission
