Job Description :
Location: Virtual The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for delivering quality, efficient, accurate superior customer service to support the National Accounts Service Center Department and company mission. This position is responsible for providing the best professional, high-level customer service and administrative support of product fulfillment to its customers. This position requires organizational, interpersonal and computer/data management skills as well as good judgment to solve problems to maintain smooth and professional service center operations.

Acts as first impression and contact point for customers calling in for inclusion in National Program, to place orders and issue resolution. This is done through management of incoming email requests and telephone.
Interacts with callers, providing information in answer to inquires about service fulfillment, accounts, contract rates, etc.
Answers and/or routing appropriately questions of customers, branches and workers regarding the company, services and its operations.
Handles and resolves customer complaints and investigating and correcting errors, following service center processes and procedures.
Follows specific customer Service Level Agreements.
Responds to a minimum of 80 combined calls and/or emails per work day.
Takes incoming and outgoing calls to company branches and customers for facilitation of orders and service issues.
Assists with customers as needed to meet service level requirements set forth by service center manager.
Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish service center goals and tasks.
Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment by example to ensure team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
Performs other job related duties as assigned or apparent.
Special client projects as necessary.


Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience in a center that handles customer inquiries, product fulfillment and services, and is accountable for problem resolution success and a focus on retention.
Ability to plan and execute to customer requirements with excellent follow through.
Strong verbal and written communication, the ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
Action oriented, able to anticipate outcomes and proactively communicate to ensure success of department
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize assignments.
Conducts business with integrity, high moral standards, and ethical behavior.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
