Job Description :
Seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist for the best company on the eastside!
Be responsible for the administration of the employee benefit program and advocacy, run the daily functions of the Human Resource department for regions assigned to you by onboarding new employees, administering benefits, leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Looking for the following skills/abilities

3+ years experience in an HR Generalist role
Effective planning and priority setting.
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Medicare and Social Security requirements.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
