About the Role:

Our diverse team based in Tacoma, WA is looking to remotely add a proactive and motivated individual who will assist the team with compliance and payroll related tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are seeking an entry-level role in the staffing and recruiting industry and are detail-oriented and organized. Ready to grow? Join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Payroll: compile weeky payroll and submit it to the corporate office and provide maintenance for all payroll records
Perform monthly billing administration to all accounts at specifically defined billing cycles
Prepare weekly accounts payable requests to the Accounts Payable Department and maintain all accounts payable records for the division and/or location
Handle various finance reconciliations and accounts receivables
Review external employee contracts to verify accuracy
Prepare various operational reports as requested by manager
Answer the telephone and provide information or direct calls accordingly
Maintain employee personnel files in a secure location. Maintains all other human resource recordkeeping requirements
Work independently on special projects and assignments as assigned

Who You Are:

You may be a good fit for this role if…

You have 2-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
You’re skilled in customer service, onboarding and compliance, administrative support, payroll, organization, time management, and communication
You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment
