Description:
Phone queue: receive calls from providers and clients, triage calls, and dispatch to appropriate parties
Compiles, collates, assembles meeting/presentation materials.
Utilizes various software packages to produce professional quality reports, letters, presentations and other documents.
Performs various technical support duties such as information gathering, reporting, tracking and researching.
Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be excellent with basic excel skills including tasks like sorting, adjusting column widths, bolding headers, changing font, drawing borders, centering data, adding filters, renaming a worksheet, saving a file, inserting a column, creating a table, typing data.
If they can do pivot tables and v-lookups that is a bonus, but not required.
Ability to learn and use multiple systems
Help respond to and field emails
The candidate should care about the community, understand the value of helping with individuals overall well-being and health in general is important.
Requires a HS diploma or GED; 2 years administrative experience that include proficiency with personal computer and appropriate software, minimum typing skills of 45 wpm and good proof reading skills
