Facility/Architectural Designer – Bellevue, WA – Contract to Hire
$75,000 – $95,000/ year
2 Days Remote per Week
Must Haves-
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial design, or related field
-Experience in industrial design, facility planning, equipment layout, or workflow analysis is preferred but will consider entry level candidates with 4-year degree and strong BIM skills
– Revit Design Experience
Day to Day Duties
-Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, developing specifications and construction documents
-Selection, coordination, and layout of various aspects of design (vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow, etc.)
-Creating / using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to complete different levels of documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
