The Hospital Phlebotomist will be a part of the Hospital Laboratory. This will include collaborating with other departments in order to solve problems that may arise. The Hospital Phlebotomist will evaluate, organize, and implement patient care activities within the department. The Hospital Phlebotomist will deliver high quality operations by having intuitive abilities as well as analytical. This person will also assist in strategies for process improvement.
