Contract Healthcare Recruiter – can go full time with client
REMOTE – WORK FROM HOME – COVERING WEST REGION
Excelsis Talent, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Contract Healthcare Recruiter with proven success in sourcing and recruiting A-players. Working with our client, the Contract Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for finding full time talent who bring an experience for a great client that has immediate needs to fill. This role will be focused on high volume and administrative responsibilities. The person for this role will be creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows him/her to work with the hiring managers to help them identify their needs, generate candidate pipeline and ensure a strong interview process execution.

ABOUT:
This recruiter will be an integral member of the client’s Talent Acquisition team combining research and consultative skills to deliver an extraordinary level of service to our leaders.
The contract recruiter will partner with our recruiters to develop candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies for Nurses and Allied Health professional openings for this client.
In order for us to be successful the Recruiter will focus on finding and evaluating candidate skills, experience, education, availability and motivation.
You will support the organization’s efforts to identify, recruit, and develop a talent pipeline for our client
You will perform highly administrative type of duties.
You will interface collaboratively with HR partners and hiring managers.
The most qualified candidate will be able to showcase multiple mediums and tactics
Qualified applicants must have demonstrated history of multi-tasking in previous employment, and the ability to work with speed and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience that demonstrates a solid background in developing and implementing recruitment strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources. Highly organized and customer service centric. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related job experience.
PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing and/or Public Relations. Working knowledge of ATS systems in general
Our client has an immediate need to bring on a contract recruiter, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
Client requires successful completion of background check and vaccination compliant is required (or exemption)
