Job Description :
We are looking for a tenacious recruiter who can source applicants for a niche industry. Our industry has a lot of tailwinds and is largely recession-proof. We plan to double from roughly 200 employees to 400 employees in the next three years through organic growth. We are looking for a senior recruiter who can help us get to the next level. This position will report to the VP of Human Resources.
The position

Regularly network with passive candidates
Build pipeline of candidates
Develop strategy for open positions
Collaborate with other HR staff and team leaders
Provide management feedback on market trends
Timely and accurately enter information into our applicant database
Assist in offer process

Desired work experience:

7 or more years of sourcing/recruiting experience at an agency or in a corporate environment
Experience recruiting salaried professionals
Experience working in an industry where candidates tend to be more introverted or passive
Other HR experience a plus
Prior sales experience a plus

Skills needed:

High degree of organization
Strong sense of personal responsibility
Strong technology skills
Experience with Paylocity recruiting and onboarding modules a plus

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary $90,000 – $110,000
Performance bonus

Work Location/Hours:

Work from home
Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
Approximately 2-4 times per year travel to home office, company training or industry events. No international travel.
We will supply all necessary computer equipment.
Work hours: Flexible as long as agreed upon targets are being met. However, must be available during regular business hours for scheduled meetings with stakeholders.
