Job Description :
Part time position starting with 20 to 24 hours per week.
We’re looking for an outgoing person with an awesome phone voice that we can count on to screen out candidates that don’t fit our culture. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have amazing interpersonal skills, be great with technology, and have people feel like they can hear your smile through the phone. You’ll be our boots on the ground deciding who’s in and who’s out with respect to finding compassionate & dependable people to service the needs of seniors in our community.

You’ll be helping us find compassionate and dependable caregivers that will be taking care of loved ones and family members to help them age with dignity and grace. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than our competitors and you would be a big part of that standard.
The top items we need help with are:
Caregiver Candidate ScreeningIn this role, you will be doing some phone screening of caregiver job applicants and must be comfortable with both cold and warm calling candidates for jobs we have posted or are trying to fill from a resume database we subscribe to. You’ll be our first vetting of the candidates and use your judgement on whether or not we should move them to the next stage (an interview).
Caregiver Candidate Interviewing
On a regular basis you’ll be meeting with candidates using our zoom account and doing virtual interviews based on a schedule you set and that work for the candidates. We have a script for you to work through and specific questions to ask the candidates. Based on your assessment caregivers will be moved into the onboarding process to join the team!
Specifically, you’ll be doing the following:
1. Calling candidates following a script to ask screening questions and then get them scheduled into an interview if they meet the criteria.2. Updated the candidate in our CRM with details on the call and placing them in the appropriate stage
3. Interviewing candidates over video conference and using your judgement & intuition on if they fit with our company culture and we should bring them onto the team.
Once you’ve mastered that you will have the potential to pick up addition hours doing:
New Employee Onboarding Audit and Follow-upIn this role you’ll be auditing the data we have on each candidate and making sure we have the required documentation. You’ll be chasing down the info we don’t have from the candidates and making sure that it gets sent to us.
Caregiver SchedulingIn this role you’ll be helping us get caregivers scheduled and assigned to accounts. You’ll be managing the day to day schedule changes making sure we have caregivers assigned to our clients for each shift.
Client Safety AssessmentsIn this role you’ll be traveling out onsite to meet with our clients and perform an onsite safety assessment prior to starting services with them. You’ll get to know them, be the face of the brand, and ensure their home is safe and ready for services.
Virtual ReceptionistIn this role you’ll be assigned a phone number and our inbound calls to the company will be routed to you. You’ll be responsible for answering all the incoming calls and taking an audio message as to what the call is about. Call can come in 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Other Requirements: Technology FocusHigh Speed Internet Connection Required: you’ll be working remotely from home and our phone and interview system is all dependent on having a fast internet connection.
Laptop/Desktop with high quality microphone. We will be providing you with logins for the tools we use but you will be using your own laptop/desktop/mobile phone.
ActiveCampaign: We will be providing access to our CRM (ActiveCampaign) so any knowledge of using ActiveCampaign for deals would be beneficial. You’ll be updating fields and moving stages. ActiveCampaign works best on a laptop/desktop so you’ll need to have one.
SalesMessage: We will be providing a SalesMessage account and phone number that you will be able to text back and forth with the candidates on. This works best on a laptop/desktop and has a Mobile app as well.
Calendly: We use Calendly for scheduling with our candidates so any familiarity with Calendly would be beneficial
RingCental App: We will provide you with a phone number for calling candidates using RingCentral. We also use this platform for doing our online interviews.
