Job Description :
Available schedules:

Second shift 2:30pm to 11pm Thursday-Monday.

As an Alarm Monitoring Operator you will:

Respond to alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property
Dispatch the police or service vendors and handle inbound calls relating to alarm system issue


Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Ability to learn new applications quickly
Type 40 WPM
Speak, Read & Write English
Provide exceptional customer service
Ability to talk/listen on the phone while performing other duties
Reliable attendance
Flexibility to work weekends or other shifts
Ability to perform independently
