Job Description :
The primary objective of the Sales Command Center is to manage centralized functions to enhance our overall sales strategy and new customer experience. This individual will interact daily with both prospects and new customers, with a high sense of urgency, in handling sales related issues. The Sales Support Specialist will work in conjunction with local managers in each market and other departments. Your activities will assist in overall customer retention and improved sales revenue generating opportunities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Place calls to all new customers within 24 hours of the sale to welcome them to Express and thank them for selecting us; confirm installation date
Reschedule any sales appointments requiring reset due to Design Consultant (DC) callouts or DC resets
Assist with follow-up calls, emails, and texts to “unclosed” appointments to see if they are still interested
Take calls from customers wanting to cancel contracts and determine if they can be saved – escalate as appropriate
Receive and execute inbound stock check calls from Design Consultants
Receive and execute inbound DC hotline calls
Confirm all resets to ensure they are a valid appointment for future date
Manage and update daily lead report on a real-time basis
Follow up with DCs at appropriate intervals to disposition leads on a timely basis
Assist with upset customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction – DC related customer complaints
Assist other Command Center team members in reaching our collective goals.
Monitor and ensure compliance to all company sales policies and procedures.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned or special projects as needed.
What you will need to be successful:
3+ Years of combined Inside Call Sales and Customer Service experience. Call Center experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. CRM Experience a Plus. Operate basic office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, etc.)
