Job Description :
AZ Mini Movers is now hiring for our two open positions:
Field Manager ($20 per hour)
Mover/Packer ($17 per hour)
FIELD MANAGER POSITION
We are are looking for individuals with a business owner mindset and are dedicated to building a career for themselves (not a job!). This position pays a base starting salary of $20 per hour. And once you factor in the money you will make from customer tips this position pays over $30 per hour on average. This is a full-time position with over 40+ hours per week available
** Field Manager Job Description **
manage your own three man crew
Driving a 26 foot box truck (no CDL License required)
Safely pack and move Customer’s belongings
Providing daily inventory reports
Providing exemplary customer service
*** Field Manager Requirements ***
valid drivers license
At least one year moving experience
Know how to pack a truck efficiently
Handy with tools (know how to disassemble beds, tables, etc.)
Exemplary communication skills
Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs
Full time position only
Must be a skilled and experienced Mover
Drug test
MOVER/PACKER POSITION
We are looking for hard-working individuals who are able to safely pack and load customers belongings in our box trucks. This position has a base starting salary of $17 per hour. When factoring in the money made from customer tips this position pays $25 per hour on average

Clean out the trucks at the end of the day

Senior Assembly: responsible for managing multiple crews. Also allocates the companies marketing budget and assist with SCO and point of sales conversions. Hourly pay: $43 per hour
Vice President: train upcoming senior directors. Also attend Company board meetings in California and Texas.
Franchisee: Our company is all about expansion. We provide full financial support for all of our franchisees’ To open and operate their own AZ Mini Movers location. This includes building rental, box truck purchases, and staffing. Our corporate office will provide all of the financial support to assist the franchisee in opening their own location under our corporate umbrella
