Job Description :
Myticas Consulting is currently seeking a C-Level Executive Support Technician for a contract position with our direct client based in Phoenix, AZ – can work on a Hybrid (Flexible schedule).
Job Description:
A Platinum Technology Specialist provides proactive, independent technology-related service to the client Executive.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide executive-level technology expertise for executive leadership to ensure that all aspects of executives’ applications, equipment (including PC and MAC operations), and internet support are performing at optimal levels.
Provide appropriate software, hardware, teleconferencing, and telephony training as necessary. Collaborate with the Asset Management team to order new or replacement hardware.
Consult with executives to understand their specific technology needs based on their home work environment, including personal use by them and/or family members; determine appropriate hardware, software and internet solutions.
Troubleshoot and perform any necessary research regarding any issues or difficulties being experienced and rectify in an expeditious manner to minimize disruption for executives. Interface with various IT departments, as necessary, to analyze and resolve technical issues; provide access and authorization for various systems and/or applications, ensuring appropriate security protocols are followed.
Provide technology expertise and support for leadership events such as the Leadership Broadcast, Town Halls held by various executives, off-site leadership conferences and meetings, and graduations as requested. Ensure choice of technology and platforms supports seamless participation and optimal user experience for all participants, whether on-site, remote, on camera or audio only.
Required Skills:
5 years of personal computer technical experience, including advanced troubleshooting for PC and MAC, microcomputer environments, network operations and telecommunications
Ability to relay moderately complex technical information to a non-technical executive and an ability to interact effectively with end users understand and resolve all technology related issues
Personal presence and work style to effectively and efficiently work with senior level executives in managing all technology requirements for office and meeting/conference-related use
TRAVEL: Occasional travel, generally within Phoenix metro area to executives’ homes and for offsite leadership events
