Job Description :
We are looking for a Machine Operators to join a busy and well-established fasteners company in Buckeye. We are looking for entry-level and more experienced machine operators who are looking to advance their manufacturing skills. As a machine operator, you will work alongside a group of experienced machine operators in a friendly environment, with lots of growth opportunities.

Job Functions:

Compiles dimensions of stock, sequence of machining operations, and type and size of thread from charts and specifications.
Selects installs and adjusts threading die. Also sets feed rails, parts bowl, and roller sorter to ensure quality parts.
Adjusts speed control knobs to synchronize transfer and ejection of stock with machine action.
Complies with all safety regulations.
Verifies dimensions of workpieces with specifications. Modifies and grinds thread roll dies as necessary.
Maintains, oils, and cleans machines on a regular basis.
Recognize and inspect quality issues and troubleshoot process or quality issues with engineers to correct and document.

Requirements:

Some machine operator experience is preferred.
At least 1+ years of previous manufacturing experience is required.
Technical training is preferred but not required.
Experience in a metals industrial setting preferred.
Experience in the use of precision measurement tools and instruments is preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general reports, blueprints, and technical procedures is preferred.
