Job Purpose
The Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) is a comprehensive fleet management system for mines. The autonomous dump truck, jointly developed by Komatsu Ltd., Komatsu America Corp. and Modular Mining, is centrally controlled through a wireless network that integrates on-board vehicle controllers, high precision global positioning, and obstacle detection and avoidance systems. The system has full supervisory logic that utilizes complex data fusion to control the dump truck to safely operate through a load, haul and dump cycle and allow integration with other mine vehicles such as light vehicles, dozers, loaders, graders. Modular Mining is the technology subsidiary of Komatsu. Komatsu is an indispensable partner to the construction, mining, industrial and forestry industries that maximizes value for customers through innovative solutions. With a full line of products supported by our advanced IoT technologies, regional distribution channels and a global service network, we help customers safely and sustainably optimize their operations. Our Komatsu, P&H, Joy, Montabert, Modular Mining, Hensley Industries, NTC and Gigaphoton equipment and services are used to extract fundamental minerals and develop modern infrastructure. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of the deployment of a FrontRunner system (autonomous trucks), according to Scope of Work and contractual obligations. These deployments range from major upgrades of the system to totally new projects in existing or new customers.

Travel Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact between the Komatsu Distributor and the project team.
Manage the Gantt chart and keep the schedule on track.
Manage the scope and negotiate variations or changes.
Manage the costs of the project and keep them under budget.
Manage deliverables and client expectations.
Coordinate training and knowledge transfer to the regional support team.
Coordinate resources to execute the deployment and provide support.
Functionally supervise the team during the project and report to the upper management the progress.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Project Management Professional Certification is highly desired.
5 or more years’ project management experience.
Valid passport.
