We are looking for a full time billing coordinator. Our fun, friendly staff needs another team member and this is an excellent opportunity for you to join our successful pediatric dental practice. We have GREAT compensation and benefits for the right person!

Our ideal candidate must possess the following:
At least 3 years of dental billing experience
Experience with Dentrix Software
Knowledge of Dental Coding and Terminology
Excellent Computer Skills
Strong Accounting Skills
Understanding of federal and state dental plans as well as PPO’s
Proficient in bundling and submitting claims properly with all supporting documents, narratives, X-rays and Images
Regular weekly insurance claim follow-up via telephone and internet
Strong ability to audit Accounts Receivable to determine patient vs. insurance balances
Must be comfortable in making effective and friendly collection calls
Proficiency in insurance verification
Accuracy while posting insurance and patient payments and adjustments is a MUST
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve as well as work as part of a large team
