Job Description :
The Management Trainee position is a valued team member in the marketing department. The position is considered entry-level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic branding, sales, promotions, and team development. After successful completion of the program, an individual would be considered a manager in the department.
Services accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on potential customers.
Uses knowledge of client campaigns to educate each customer and provide the best solution to meet their needs
Face to face sales within a retail setting
Communicates in a professional manner with consumers, other employees, and management
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
1-4 years of relevant experience in a leadership role, sales, marketing, and/or customer service (restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality)
Internship experience in sales, marketing, and account management.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
