Job Description :
All Shifts Available- FT PT PRN BHT Needed- FIRST RAISE AFTER 3 MONTHS/SHIFT INCLUDES A MEAL
At least 5 years of experience working at a Behavioral Health Residential Facility required. BHT must be certified in CPR and First Aid, have a Fingerprint Clearance Card and a current TB test. Duties include facilitating groups and activities, some coordination of care, supervising guests and meal prep. This is a new home with a maximum of 5 guests only. The assigned Behavioral Health Provider is also the program director and will be readily available. The position will provide career enhancement training. FIRST RAISE AFTER 3 MONTHS PROBATION. The environment is calm and positive providing compassionate care to people in need. The home has a treadmill, pool, wet sauna, garden, barbeque grill, and a beautiful courtyard. Must have a high school diploma or GED. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN WORD AND TECH SAVY!!!! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WRITING PROGRESS NOTES. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FACILITATING GROUPS
