Job Description :
I am partnering with an energy sector, capital management company to find a NetSuite Accountant. The ideal candidate will understand the whole accounting process, possess cash (basis) accounting experience, and worked with the NetSuite system.
– Remote opportunity (must be in USA & work EST hours)
– Hourly rate negotiable based on experience
Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for Subject Matter Experts to add value and improve our cash management procedures from both an Accounting and Treasury perspective. The candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment.
Main Responsibilities:
Detailed analysis of current information flows and identify any Gaps & provide remediation plan
Actively participate in the cleanup of historical cash balances not matched to trading activity
Maintain open communication with the project group
Job Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and reporting.
Commodity and Energy sector experience advantageous
Experience with commodity CTRM systems, and NetSuite accounting software (Kyriba treasury software is a big plus).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
