Summary
I am currently searching for a skilled and highly motivated Personal Banker to join the team at the largest privately-owned bank in the United States with over $32b in assets. The Personal Banker is responsible for generating business and deepening relationships by promoting products and services to potential and existing customers.
Compensation
Base Pay: Currently offering a starting base hourly rate of $18-21/hr, based on experience. $5.00 shift differential Mon-Fri 5:00pm-close & after 12pm on Saturday.
Monthly Incentives: Average of $1250-1500 per month plus $750-1000 quarterly retention bonuses.
Sign-on Bonus: ***$1000-1500 Sign on bonus***
Qualifications/Requirements
1+ years of sales experience in a relational selling or incentive-driven environment.
6+ months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment.
Previous banking experience is a huge plus.
Ability to generate referrals including making on-site visits with local businesses.
Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers.
Strong work ethic and high integrity.
Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, not required.
Job Duties
Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming and customer- focused environment
Provide extraordinary customer service while achieving goals and supporting the banking center staff as needed
Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that meet their needs
Promote financial products and services
Open deposit accounts and take loan applications, process consumer loan/credit line requests for customers
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to internal controls and procedures
Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers through networking and Centers of Influence
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and create positive solutions
Support other employees as needed
