Job Summary:
The Web Access Coordinator works as a process improvement team member. This is a position that demands exceptional investigative skills and sound judgment. Daily activities include instituting and sustaining access to payer web portals. This position will be accountable for working with users in all areas of the company on a constant basis to guarantee that all web access requests are handled timely and accurately. This position is open for either full-remote or on an in-office/hybrid model out of our Dublin, OH office.

Essential Job Functions:
Actively involved in the research, setup, provision, and testing of new and existing payer websites access.
Communicate directly with payers via email, phone or any other means necessary to acquire and support access to payer websites.
Manage all individual user web access as well as company access.
Work with users in all areas of the company to resolve any issues with payer website access.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills: Education and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary database applications.
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities and meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
High level of awareness of pertinent details; excellent organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
At least one year of medical billing experience preferred.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to move files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
