Great Customer Service Opportunity with Weidner Apartment Homes!
We are now hiring for a Leasing Consultant! If you have experience working in leasing and/or have extensive customer service experience, enjoy helping others and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you!
Working as a Weidner Leasing Consultant is different than any other job. You are the heart of the community and create genuine connections with residents, making a difference in their day. You will enjoy interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.
Responsibilities:
· Present the community and apartments to potential residents
· Work with community vendors
· Host community events that bring the residents together
· Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community’s marketing strategy
· Maintain community’s customer base with an effective resident retention program
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
· Ability to connect with others easily
· Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
· Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
