Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Account Manager specializing in Surety to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. You’ll be servicing the day to day needs of our insureds and managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal for all types of bonds. Other tasks include counseling clients on bond issues, promote account rounding, and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management systems (Erlon and EPIC).
You’re Great At
Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 3 years suretyaccount management experience with reviewing and submitting bond requests. Experience with EPIC is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
