Introduction:

As the Administrator, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability
necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. The primary purpose of your job is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, regulations that govern our facility; and as may be directed by the Corporate office and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times.

Qualifications/Essential Duties:
:

Must have 10+ year of Nursing Leadership

Must have a Nursing Home Administrator’s license

AK RN license by start date

BSN required or a combination of education and professional experience

Oversee day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current rules and regulations, comply with all written policies and procedures and guidelines that govern the long-term care/assisted living facility.

Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the activities and programs of the facility.

Assist the CFO in preparing operating budgets and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of the facility.

Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating costs of the facility.

Review and interpret monthly financial statements and provide such information to the corporate office.

Keep abreast of the economic conditions/situations and make adjustments as necessary to assure the continued ability to provide quality care.

Report suspected or known incidents of fraud relative to false billings, filing of false cost reports, receipt/payment of kickbacks, etc. to the Corp. Compliance Officer and/or appropriate agencies.

Follow and ensure all HIPAA regulations.

Follow and ensure resident’s rights.

Make routine inspections of the facility to assure that established policies and procedures are being implemented and followed.

Ensure that an adequate number of appropriately trained licensed professional and non-licensed personnel are on duty at all times to meet the needs of the residents

Ensure that appropriate staffing level information is posted on a daily basis
