MORE ABOUT THE RN CM REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER POSITION:
CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by settings new standards for quality care and personalized services. Responsibilities for this Case Manager opportunity include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the coordination of health care decisions by using a systematic approach to ensure treatment plans that improve quality and outcomes
Responsible for the promotion of cost-effective care within allotted time frame
Assure payments of hospital-based services meet patient-related utilization of management criteria
Implementation of safe and appropriate discharge plans
Asses the Case Management needs of the patient and provide intervention as part of the discharge planning process
Primary functions include: Clinical Interventions/Discharge, Care Planning Management, Fiscal Manage and Payer/Referral Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN CM REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER:
Current licensure as Registered Nurse in state of practice
Previous experience in case management or related area
Must be eligible to work in the United States
