Job Description :
Full charge bookkeeper for a real estate company. Must be proficient with QuickBooks, Excel spread sheets, MS Office, Outlook email and quickly learn other software programs. Have an ability to communicate effectively with others in the company, have a calm demeaner, interact with poise and professionalism with vendors and customers, maintain tidy workspace, perform filing duties timely, sort mail, be able to set up and monitor online/remote payments, interface with the company accountant when necessary, on occasion answer phones, pick up mail at the post office, generate spreadsheets and reports, make payments on time and receive payments, be present at the office during normal business hours, become knowledgeable of the real-estate business industry. Hours can be flexible but bookkeeper will need to be during business hours. The job requires 18 to 20 hours per week. A three, four or five day schedule within these hours is possible. This is a permanent position. This encompasses most primary duties, however, other tasks may arise that will require assistance from the person in this position. Job is available immediately.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
