DW Products located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is currently seeking the Right Candidate to fill an Open Position within its Sales Team
We are a Contract Manufacturing Company and an ISO Certified Manufacturer of Precision Machined Components utilizing Single & Multi-Spindle Screw Machines, Swiss CNC Screw Machines, CNC Lathes & CNC Milling Centers. Markets include appliance, automotive, agriculture, defense, truck & bus, building products, RV and many others. Secondary services offered include broaching, milling, turning, drilling & threading as well as outside services of heat treating, grinding, plating & powder coating.

This position would consist of any or all, of the following:
Contract Manufacturing Sales
Ideal Candidates would have experience with or possess the following:
Bachelor’s, Associate or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or experience & knowledge with Swiss CNC Screw Machines, CNC Lathes, CNC Mills & Multi-Spindle Screw Machines. Strong mechanical aptitude is still a plus.
Previous B2B Industrial & Commercial Sales experience with a track record of self-initiated & sustained sales success. Having the ability to quickly learn these processes is still a plus.
Having the ability to maintain regular communication with key customers. Ability to travel as needed.
Being skilled at quoting, making sales presentations & having business / technical writing skills.
Being able to provide manufacturing support by conveying customer requirements and expectations.
Creating a strategic business partnership with new & existing customers whereby DW is the supplier of choice.
Having the ability to take initiative, work with limited direction and influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships. Excellent team and internal communication skills is key.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook. Experience with CMR is a plus.

ISO Standards, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Blueprint Reading, GD&T, SPC, LEAN, Six Sigma, Quoting Process, Strategy Development, Program Launch, Project Management, Prospecting New Customers, Customer Account Management, Attend Trade Shows, Seminars & Customer Events, Sales Principles & Best Practices
Must reside within the greater Cedar Rapids, IA area or be prepared to relocate.
Total compensation $80,000-$100,000 (salary and bonus), commensurate with experience
