Construction Project Superintendent
Van Ewing Construction, Inc., a General Contractor and Construction Manager in Commercial Construction, located in Gillette, WY is looking for a Construction Project Superintendent. Selected candidate will work under the direction of our Construction Project Manager.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate all Site Construction Activities
· Supervise all Field Personnel
· Quality Assurance
· Submittals/RFI’s
· Jobsite Inspections
· Subcontractor Meetings
· Safety Compliance
· Maintain Job Site Office and Facilities
· Complete Projects on Schedule and within Budget
Qualifications:
· 3 to 10 years’ experience supervising projects from $1 to $20 million
· Understanding of commercial construction procedures
· Previous hands on construction experience
· Strong general computer skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills, professional language and demeanor
Van Ewing Construction, Inc. offers competitive pay, dependent on experience. Job would be full time with benefits including health insurance, 401k and vacation. Monday through Friday, 45+ hours/week. Occasional weekends are required when necessary. Out of town travel is required at times. Pre-employment drug testing is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,575.00 – $130,000.00 per year
